In its current configuration, we have not maximized the revenue potential of the shuttle.  We propose the following changes to develop the vehicle into a multi-use platform:

1. Install a two seat interactive simulator in the front nose

2. Redesign the interior to include new seating, networked computers, and full ceiling/wall screens

3. Connect a mobile concession tent to the exit to allow for walk through traffic during festivals for food     

    service revenue

4. Install LED moving screens on the outside for rental to businesses for advertising, holiday events, etc.

5. Use as an outreach to schools, rental to corporations, events, etc. 

6. Have multiple subject shows similar to planetariums to ensure repeat customers

7. Rent as a mobile business office for special events

8. Use as a team building project resource
